I'm back from Top drawer Spring fully charged up and boy what a show its been!! Our new ranges 'Golden Orchid' and 'Pure Love' went down a treat and hopefully will do so for our stockists too. It was lovely as always, meeting all our customers old and new as well as our lovely industry chums who passed by for a quick chat.
The vibe was definitely more upbeat than last year and I felt that consumer confidence was on a high too. Lets hope that it's a good year for all us designer/publishers and the all important retailers who's orders we rely upon.

Golden Orchid

I managed to take a few photos for our new catalogue, whilst the gorgeous sun was still out there. They are of our new greeting card range Golden Orchid, to be launched next week at Top Drawer Spring. There are 12 designs in total ranging from stunning golden bird cages to shimmering golden hearts. Hope you like them!! Brochure will be ready early next week.

Tilinanu Orphanage

Yvonne Pulford and daughters Alice and Nina Of Latimer Designs Rothley (one of our very good customers) have recently been involved in building a much needed orphanage for 30 local girls in Tilinanu Malawi. With the help of the local community and many fund raising events held through out the summer, they have mangaged to build an orphange and successfully move 30 girls into their new home. However, so much more still needs to be done to provide stability to these girls lives.

Donations will provide the girls with a safe home, food, clothing, education, medical care and the most precious gift - individual love. Donations will also help to provide the orphanage improved diet, clothing and contribute towards one off projects such as workshops and maintenance of the new building.
